Lethargic, always thirsty, urinating more often, you really should go to your doctor where they will check your blood sugar, if that is high then they will carry out more tests, good luck

There are very few warning signs. By time you notice a sign, the disease is usually full-blown. That is why they call it the silent killer.
A few signs are frequent urination and wounds that will not heal. Get yourself tested. Either by a physician or if you know someone with diabetes, ask them to test you with their glucose meter.

The best thing is to get your blood sugar checked because as someone has said sometimes there are no symptoms to indicate that you have diabetes perhaps until it has progressed quite a bit.

My mother in law was diagnosed with this about 12 yrs ago. type 2
Noticed she lost weight very quickly, was constantly thirsty and generally not feeling very well. She also got tired very quickly.
Her condition has been managed with good diet and tablets for many years successfully.
She is now on insulin and injects once a day.
She is fine and finds it not too much hassle.
Don’t worry, just find out and go to the docs.

trouble with type 2 is you can have it for quite a long time without knowing.
lots of fairly vague symptoms, tiredness, maybe incresed infections like thrush.
it’s easy to check out though, can get blood sugar test done at local pharmacy.

You may have no symptoms at all,but here are some that are associated with it.
Increased thirst, visiting the loo frequently, tiredeness and lack of energy, itching, reoccuring thrush and the list goes on and on.
Get tested either at your Drs or at Llyods chemist (for free)
check that your local one does the test before turning up.
