It is important to find why you are pre diabetic. If it is diet, exercise etc that you need, that can be done. If you have genetic problem or illness shutting down insulin supply, may need treatment. When I was pre diabetic I found myself being very thirsty, an increase in the amount of times i used the facilities and headaches when I had high blood sugar levels. So yes it is safe to say you will experience some of the signs and symptoms of diabetes and if you don't take care of yourself, they will only get worse on the road to developing full on diabetes.
