    I was recently diagnosed with this. I have highs and lows now and then but I’m getting better. I don’t use syringes though, they’re a pain in the ass. Using the insulin pens is a little more convenient and makes it easier to take the right dose. It’s all annoyingly expensive, as I don’t have insurance (applied for Medicaid but no word yet).

    Yay for education on diabetes! I’ve been a diabetic (type 1) for tweleve years and I LOVE seeing people trying to increase awareness of the disease! Right on!
