I’m sorry the video freaked you out, no not all Type 1’s will go blind. I want to put your mind at ease so I contacted a physician we work with and he gave me this reply to pass along which I have included below:

I was diagnosed a year ago, just like you 13, and i’m really freaked out by this video. Does that mean all type 1s will eventually loose their vision or this there some way to not let it happen? My vision’s not even 20-20 now so will i go blind for sure ? X.X
