I am a type2 Diabetic and just have started taking cinnamon extract pills with my meals for the last 3 weeks and this is NO JOKE… I was taking ALA and switched to natural Cinnamon, after 3 weeks I’ve gotten my glucose lower than with the ALA. I’m at 150-160, not exactly perfect but hopefully I can get it to at least 120 and I’ll be happy. Thanks again Shane!
BTW… Try the $1.41 Cleanse as well.

I’ve been feeling very weak lately, and my recent fasting glucose was 120, which was a shocker. I’m not yet diagnosed with type ll diabetes. I saw this vid 2 nights ago, and decided to try the cinnamon. It works! I felt so much better throughout the day! I felt like myself again. I’m gonna keep using it to see how I feel in about 2 weeks. Who would have known? Cinnamon!!

No I’m not a doc I’m a Holistic Nutritionist and a Respiratory therapist….. and after a long battle with Lupus I’m in remission and off all drugs thanks to nutrition and healthy supplements. And yes the less pharmaceutical use the better … but people turning to more natural means to regain/support their wellness should work with their doc in decreasing their meds and NOT do it on their own.

Among those insulin resistant, fructose can lead to the formation of age-accelerating, advanced glycation end (AGE) products. diabetics must avoid fruit until they have increased their sensitivity to insulin.

Hey dude-
Good …
Hey dude-
Good times, thanks for the video. Yes, very widely known about cinnamon (in my circle, anyway), and it does work with time and effort. But other things need to be done as well. But I did want to comment on the fruit thing. The type of sugar that fruit contains is fructose, which doesn’t require insulin to break it down or metabolize it. Diabetics not only can eat fruit, but need it for it’s other benefits. Thanks again.
